How Does Satueen Delivery System Work?
 
Once your order is confirmed and you receive the confirmation email from us, our team will get to work immediately within 24 hours!
Please make sure that all your details are correct because we will not be able to change them for you once the order is processed.
Our Website delivery service can only cater to Singapore orders for now.

Your parcel will be handled by our third-party delivery partner, J&T Singapore!
Expect a delivery at your doorstep within 2-3 working days for standard delivery and 1-2 working days for expedited delivery.

Enjoy a Free Delivery for orders S$120 and above!
Otherwise, we charge a delivery fee ranging from S$4.99 to S$7.99 depending on the weight of the products ordered.

You should expect to receive your parcel packed in Satueen polymailer upon receiving.
If you somehow didn’t receive your parcel in that state, kindly inform our admin through DM or Whatsapp.
Don’t forget to snap a picture and or video of the parcel prior to opening the parcel so we can process any return and or exchange if applicable.


So, if is an Issue with My Order, can I request a Return and or an Exchange?
First of all, we apologize sincerely for the inconvenience :(
Do contact our admin through DM or Whatsapp regarding the issue
Kindly provide pictures and or videos to help us understand the issue better
Return & Exchange may be possible for certain cases and Original Hang Tag and packaging need to be sent back as a whole for the process to be valid.

Here are the following conditions that are eligible for Return & Exchange:
1. Receival of wrong item/size/pattern from the one that your ordered (please provide photos of the items received)
2. ⁠Receival of less than what they ordered (something is missing, please provide photo and videos of unboxing)
3. ⁠Receival of damaged/defected items (please provide photo and videos of unboxing)

If you wish to opt for Refund, unfortunately we won’t be able to do Cash Refund at the moment
We will be able to do Refund via Satueen Points Credit, which will be credited back to your account.
