Create a Satueen account and you are in — there is no fee and no purchase required. Fifty welcome points are added to your balance the moment your account is made, so you begin with something already in hand.

Earn 1 point for every S$1 of product spending after discounts. Shipping and taxes are excluded. Purchase points are added when your order is completed, and new members receive 50 welcome points when they create an account.

Redeem 250 points for S$5 off a minimum S$50 product spend, 450 points for S$10 off a minimum S$100 product spend, or 850 points for S$20 off a minimum S$200 product spend. Minimum spends are measured before the rewards discount and exclude shipping and taxes.

One reward voucher can be used per order. Rewards cannot be combined with WELCOME10 or other discount offers.

Points earned on refunded product spending are reversed. For a partial refund, the points adjustment follows the refunded product amount.

Sign in and open My Account — your balance sits there, along with a record of how it was earned. It updates as your orders are completed, so you always know exactly where you stand.

No. Your points carry no validity period and no expiry date. Collect them at whatever pace suits you and spend them when something catches your eye.

Yes. Give us the email on your Satueen account when you buy at a selected pop-up and we will add the points to your balance, alongside everything you have earned online. Please allow a few days after the event for them to appear.

Not at all — you are welcome to order as a guest whenever you prefer. Points, member privileges, and rewards are only collected on an account, so joining is what turns a single order into something that keeps giving back.
